2024 Infrastructure & Paving Project

Update Nov. 21, 2024:

Overall Time-Line Update

With a little luck and a lot of good weather, Wright Construction is shooting for the end of the year to get everyone back in their driveways, driving on newly paved streets and admiring our new curbs. Some finishing work, such as landscaping, may move into January, but the bulk of the project hopefully will be complete by the end of 2024.

Phase 1 (Areas 3, 4 & 5)

No further driveway demolition will take place this week or through next week.
With the Holiday upon us, we do not want to leave drives torn up for Thanksgiving.
For those driveways that have been removed, concrete will be poured tomorrow (Friday-11/22).
You will be able to walk on the curbs and driveways on Saturday - 11/23, but we ask that you not drive on your driveway until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week or until the yellow caution tape is removed. You will be back parking as normal in time for Thanksgiving.

Note: If possible and where appropriate, we will try to clean up and remove the yellow caution tape before Thanksgiving.

Phase 2 (Harpeth Ridge, Harpeth Wood and Harpeth Court)

No construction work will take place the remainder of this week (11/21and 22).
Curb removal will continue next week but only the first part of the week. Crews may not work on Wednesday (11/27) and will not work on Friday (11/29).

No driveway work will be done from now through next week so traffic and parking will continue as normal.
Note: Milling (asphalt removal) “may” start the week of 12/2. This is an important part of the process using big equipment. Traffic will be affected but parking in your driveways will not be. We will know and share more next week.
